Brisbane Airport parking help
Contact this parking guide
Use this page if you have a question about Brisbane Airport parking that the guide doesn't answer, or if something on the site looks out of date. We're an independent guide — we can't change a booking or lift a barrier, but we can point you to the right place.
What to send us
A specific question gets a specific answer
Good things to send: which car park a question is about, whether the trip is domestic or international, and how long the car stays. Corrections to product descriptions are welcome too, and so is anything the airport has changed since a page was last reviewed — new transfer arrangements, a renamed product, or a car park that no longer offers what a section claims.
If you're mid-trip and stuck at a barrier, contact the airport directly rather than this page. We're a guide, not an operator, and we can't act on a booking, release a car, or refund a payment.
- Terminal (domestic or international) when the answer depends on it
- Trip length — a weekend and a fortnight lead to different advice
- Page and line for corrections, so the note lands on the right paragraph

Booking enquiries go through the provider
Changing or cancelling a reservation has to go through the operator you booked with. This site doesn't hold reservations, take payments, or hold keys — so we can't amend a date, issue a refund, or override a gate.
The change conditions attached to your particular product are the ones that apply, and they're set by the operator rather than by this guide. Keep the confirmation email handy when you contact them — booking reference, product name, and the dates you're moving are the details they'll ask for first.
If you haven't booked yet and want to understand how the options differ before committing, the terminal pages cover International Terminal parking, short-stay and valet, and the walk and transfer distances in between.
Ask your Brisbane Airport parking question
This is a small editorial site rather than a call centre, so replies take a little time. A note that names the terminal, the product, and your trip length usually gets a useful answer on the first reply.
A general "what's best" is harder to answer honestly, because it depends entirely on the trip: a long weekend in the domestic terminal and a two-week international departure are not the same problem.
Privacy and your details
Anything you send is handled under the site's privacy policy. We don't sell contact details or add you to a mailing list. If you'd rather not send personal details at all, a question that names the terminal and the product is usually enough to answer.

Corrections
Corrections are the main reason this page exists
Airport parking lineups change. Products get renamed, transfer arrangements shift, and a section that was accurate in one season can be misleading in the next. If a description reads in a way the airport no longer supports, say which page and which line, and what you expected to see instead.
Corrections get priority over general enquiries because a guide is only worth reading if it tracks those changes. A short note with the page, the line, and the airport's current position is enough — you don't need to write an essay.

Finding the airport and its Service Centre
The on-airport address is 11 The Circuit, Brisbane Airport QLD 4008. It covers the terminal precinct as a whole rather than a single car park entrance, so follow the overhead road signs for your terminal and product once you're on the approach.
If you're already on site and need a person rather than a page, the Service Centre is listed as open 24 hours and the airport phone line runs on the same basis. Both are the right route for a car park problem during a trip.

Common questions
Questions that come up before people write in
Worth a look before you send a note — a few of these cover the reason most messages arrive in the first place.
Can this site change or cancel my booking?
No. This site is an independent parking guide and doesn't hold reservations or take payments. Any change or cancellation has to go through the provider you booked with, and their conditions for your product are the ones that apply.
Who do I call if I'm stuck at a car park barrier?
The airport. Barrier issues, lost tickets, and on-site problems are operational matters handled by Brisbane Airport at +61 7 3406 3000, or at the Service Centre on 11 The Circuit, which is listed as open 24 hours. A message to this guide won't get a barrier to move.
Which product suits a two-week international trip?
Long-stay options usually make the most sense once a car is parked for more than a few days, and the international terminal pages set out how transfer time and walk distance differ between them. Send your trip length with the question if you want a pointer rather than a general explanation.
Do I need to give personal details to send a note?
Only an email address if you'd like a reply. A question that names the terminal and the product, without any booking reference, is usually enough to answer. Never send card details or booking references — this guide can't act on them.
How long does a reply usually take?
This is a small editorial site, not a call centre, so replies take a little time and aren't instant. Corrections and specific product questions are read first because they're the ones that change something on the site.
Still working out which car park fits your trip? The comparison pages answer most of it without a message.

One question is usually enough
Whether it's a terminal question before you book or a correction to something that has moved on, use the form above and we'll take it from there. For anything happening right now at a car park, the airport phone line is the faster route.
